Qualification :- Diploma Pass in Electrical Engineering
Experience :- 2 to 6 Years
Role & Responsibilities :-
- Complains pertaining to Defective meter.
- Requests from Consumers for change of building purpose (i.e residential to commercial upgradation)
- Consumer complaints / requests pertaining to accuracy of meter.
- Meter Disconnection due to unsafe wiring etc.
- Update the complain details in the system & ensure its
- Monitor the execution time as well as pendency of the jobs & assert timely completion of the jobs Viz:
- Removal & replacement of identified defective meters.
- Verifying the purpose of the building registered by consumer.
- Site visit for accuracy test.
- Street light meter reading.
