SMG has been engaged in the business of motor vehicles manufacturing since February 2017. SMG currently consists of four plants – three car plants have capacity of manufacturing 7,50,000 cars while the powertrain plant has an annual capacity of producing 500,000 engines and 500,000 powertrains.
Positions :- Executive / Sr. Executive – Paint Shop

Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Paint Technology, Automobile Engineering
Experience & Skills :-
- 04 years of minimum experience as Production Supervisor/ Executive/ Line In charge in Paint Shop only.
- Expert in robotics paint shop process.
- Shop floor supervision & Team handling.
Mandoarty Requirement :-
- Candidates will be preferred with no Education & career gap.
- Minimum 60% of aggregate marks throughout academics.
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Knowledge of Paint shop Process & troubleshooting – Pretreatment & CED, Sanding, Sealer, Topcoat, Inspection & Repair, Baking Repair, liquid painting & Painting Robots.
- Knowledge of paint quality, paint shop defects & countermeasures to improve quality
- Well versed in defect analysis through 7QC tools, 5s and Kaizen.
- Expert in shop floor safety like PPE’s, Unsafe act, unsafe condition etc.
